The Hellions are a raider tribe of unknown origin, who have their base in the ruins of Chicago. They are known as sadistic killers, and one of the worst raider tribes to plauge the Midwest. They take no prisoners, leaving the mutilated corpses of their victims strewn about when ever they attack, as well as all over their base of operations.

While the Hellions used to be much like any other drug-addicted raider group in the Illinois area, the Hellions managed to raid the Brotherhood's Bunker Alpha in the aftermath of the Brotherhood-Legion war, making off with stockpiles of weapons, armor, ammo, and chems. With all this new equipment, the Hellions became a force to be reckoned with.
